General Warranty Coverage

Postower products are designed for residential use only and come with a limited warranty provided by PMK Supply, Inc. This warranty applies exclusively to the bioclimatic pergola series manufactured under the Postower brand.

PMK Supply, Inc. warrants that these products are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 5 years from the original purchase date. This includes coverage for components such as aluminum, steel, hardware, and accessories.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Warranty policies at any time. Any changes will be posted on the relevant pages (including this Terms of Service page and the Warranty page), and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.

For Warranty specifically, terms may be adjusted without prior notice. Warranty coverage at the time of a return or service request will be based on the current posted policy—regardless of the date of original purchase. Continued use of the site or submission of warranty claims after changes are posted signifies your acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.


Warranty Terms & Conditions

  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser who registered the product.

  • Coverage applies solely to residential installations. Any use in public spaces—such as parks, churches, daycares, etc.—voids this warranty.

  • Replacement parts may be substituted with newer models if original components are no longer available.

  • PMK Supply, Inc. will replace any parts that arrive damaged or missing within 30 days of delivery at no cost to the customer. Shipping fees during this window will be covered by the seller.

  • Regular maintenance is required to uphold warranty coverage. Failure to follow maintenance guidelines may result in the warranty being voided.


Exclusions – What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage or issues caused by:

  • Incorrect installation, use, or maintenance

  • Use on unstable surfaces (e.g., sand, mud, cracked concrete)

  • Proximity to flammable materials

  • High wind use or operation during adverse weather

  • Use of non-original parts or accessories

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Environmental factors like salt air, pollution, mold, acid rain, or exposure to chemicals

  • Normal wear and tear (seals, lubricants, etc.)

  • Cosmetic changes such as fading, staining, or discoloration from sun or debris

  • Damage from reflective surfaces, excessive heat, or grill proximity

  • Condensation on louver surfaces

  • Minor production variances, including small differences in louver angles (less than 5°)

  • Foundation shifting or structural settling at the install site

  • Natural disasters or other force majeure events (e.g., flooding, earthquakes, lightning)


Complaints & Claims Procedure

To file a warranty claim, please provide the following:

  • Your order or transaction number (required for all claims)

  • A clear description of the issue, including:                                            

    • Date the issue was discovered

    • Name of the installer (if a third party was used)

    • Photos or videos of the problem

Failure to submit complete information may result in denial of your claim. Keep a copy of your original purchase receipt for your records.

Any modifications made to the product outside of the original design will void all warranties. Modifications may compromise structural integrity and could lead to product failure or injury.

Postower makes no other warranties—express or implied—beyond those described above. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, but you may also have additional rights depending on your location. Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusions of incidental or consequential damages, so certain limitations may not apply to you.
